Semi-insulated technical doors

For separating medium-insulation, high-traffic production and food industry areas. Where a 40 mm polyurethane core provides optimal climate control without unnecessary investment cost or excessive structural weight.

What is it for?

Rational energy management and space separation

In industrial and food processing facilities, transitional zones often appear between processing rooms, packaging areas and distribution corridors. If the temperature difference between spaces does not exceed 10–15°C, a semi-insulated technical door is the optimal solution.

Semi-insulated technical doors are typically manufactured with a 40 mm thick door leaf injected with high-density polyurethane (PUR) foam. This thickness provides excellent mechanical stability while ensuring draft-free closing.

The lower self-weight significantly speeds up opening and closing cycles, reducing physical effort during manual material movement. Smooth, rim-free stainless steel surfaces fully support HACCP requirements.

The 40 mm PUR foam filling gives the door leaf sufficient rigidity without making operation heavy. It is an ideal choice for intensive use with hundreds of opening cycles per day.
