Where rigid industrial doors would be damaged, or automatic high-speed doors would mean excessive investment, the soft PVC swing door is the most cost-effective and robust alternative. It allows passage by direct physical contact without slowing down the traffic flow.
The thick, typically 5 or 7 mm flexible soft PVC panel absorbs kinetic energy and bends under the force of a forklift or hand trolley. Its two-way 180-degree opening means it does not create a physical obstacle in logistics processes.
After passage, the integrated torsion-spring hinge mechanism immediately and automatically returns the leaves to the closed neutral position. This instant response drastically minimises cross-drafts, dust ingress and energy loss in heated or cooled spaces.
The fully transparent, crystal-clear execution also provides maximum visual control between the two sides, which is critical for accident prevention at high-traffic crossing points.

The continuously adjustable spring system built into the hinge ensures that the leaves return firmly and quickly to their default position after passage, while damping door movement.
